Over the last century there have been a few notable psychologists who have worked to create different methods of describing popular personality traits and from the Myers-Briigs classification structure to Freud's comments on the experience of a person shaping his or her personality, not every scientist has come to the same conclusion regarding temperaments and behaviors. Some psychoanalysts of the past actually built upon the earlier work of other scientists and created their own theories as far as personality traits were concerned. Carl Jung, for example, based his theories on work already done by Freud and Adler.
