Some people who believe they own a car that would be labeled a lemon might believe that they would probably be unable to afford a true California Lemon Law lawyer when there's actually a provision in the lemon law that is designed to help people with their attorney's fees that will be charged during the case. Every state in the United States does not allow someone to recover attorney fees during a lemon law proceeding, but California is a state that does and in fact the state has one of the toughest lemon laws in the entire country.
