A new collection at the Smithsonian museum in Washington D.C. has seen the arrival of a number of artifacts from the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center and other U.S. locations. Not only is the video camera that captured the first plane flying into the World Trade Center in the display but there is also the mobile phone that the New York City mayor at the time, Rudy Giuliani, used on the day.  There are also a pair of metal detectors designed by the TSA that are a part of the exhibit as are a number of items that were found in the debris of the fallen towers.
